Description
We investigate heavy mesons in the QCD instanton vacuum. The instanton-induced nonlocal four-quark interaction is bosonized in the heavy-light channel to derive an effective meson action. Using this action, we present a framework for calculating heavy-meson masses and decay constants, the kinetic and chromomagnetic matrix elements associated with (\lambda_1) and (\lambda_2), and the Isgur–Wise function.
