The proceedings (only on-line version) of workshop will be published in the International Journal of Modern Physics: Conference Series (IJMPCS). The deadline for sending us the contributions is March 10, 2019.

The recommended limits for the contributions are
8 pages for 40 min talks
4 pages for 20 min talks
If you feel that it is not enough you can add one or couple of pages.
